If you are serious about your running and are looking for the best way to enhance your current program, then these skills sessions and running clinics are a must for you if you are in the Orange County area. Don’t rely on the same old routine to get the same results. Make 2011 the year you really improve your running. These sessions will include
- drills to enhance leg turnover, improve form and increase running specific strength
- running specific exercises you can implement on your next run
- an overview of running form
- a suggested plan to implement these into your current training
You must be an active runner to attend. These sessions are not designed for individuals trying to get into shape. Participants should expect to complete 2-3 mile of running in the form of drills, warm up, and running specific strength exercises. These Running Sessions are held in the Yorba Linda, Brea, Anaheim Hills, and Placentia area. our next session is January 8th in Yorba Linda off of Prospect Avenue. Start time is 7:30 AM.
