Bike Trainer and Transition Run Workout
Interested in joining me for a bike trainer/run workout in the early morning? The workout is an interval workout consisting of 8 minutes on the bike followed by a 1/2 mile run. Repeat again and again. You can repeat as many time as you’d like. I will be there for an hour.
Location: The park right next to Lakeview Elementary in Yorba Linda. Google Lakeview Elementary. My car is usually the only car in the lot.
Time: 5:20 – 6:30 AM
When: Thursday, June 7th.
This is not a”coached” workout so no set instruction will be given on site.
