As an athlete your training needs are unique so why would you settle for a generic training plan? We build and create a custom training program for you that is designed around your training background, your goals and your schedule.

 

 

 

Training plans are available for a 5k, 10k, half marathon, sprint triathlon, Olympic triathlon, and  half ironman(70.3)  triathlon and ironman(140.6) triathlon

Custom Running Plans

  • 8 week running program: $120
  • 12 week running program: $165
  • 16 week running program: $210

Custom Triathlon Plans

  • 8 week triathlon program: $165
  • 12 week triathlon program: $260
  • 16 week triathlon program: $310

Whether you are a looking for a little more advice before your next race or just need some direction and guidance regarding your training, we are happy to set up a personal consultation. We can do this via phone or in person, whatever works best for you.
