Into the Wild OC Trail Run: A Great Trail Run in Irvine

If you have never run the trails of Irvine Regional Park , then this is your prefect opportunity .  Here is what Into the Wild OC Trail Run has to say about their race:

“Choose your distance! The 10k single-loop course starts beneath the canopy of the oaks and onto the beautiful rugged trails around Irvine Regional Park. Otherwise, if you are out for a challenge, the 21k is the choice for you. Starting in Irvine Regional Park the course meanders along the Southwest edge of the park on Horseshoe Loop. Once into Santiago Oaks Regional Park prepare yourself for climbing. Consisting of mostly single-track this course is not a walk in the park.”

When: Saturday, March 26th 2011

This race is put on by two local trail runners who know what a good trail race is all about.  This is a must do race.
