Arizona is course that is ideal for your first Ironman or those looking to post an Ironman PR.  You have two options when it comes to a personally designed training plan for Ironman Arizona.  The option you choose will depend on the level of interaction you are looking for:  Online Personal Coaching or a Custom Training Plan

Online Personal Coaching

Ever wanted a personal coach? Wished you could have a professional to guide your training for Ironman Arizona?   When you sign up for the personal online coaching program from Fitness Coaching, you’ll have your wish. You will receive individual training with an exclusive design just for you.  

We don’t believe in cookie cutter training. We know that each person is individual and has specific needs. Your training program should be the same way. As your personal coach, Joby will provide you with detailed workouts, referenced by a specific pace or intensity that you and he work on together.

We include a highly interactive online calendar with the specific details for each week’s workout with individual agendas for every day. No more guessing what you should be doing. We will work with you to modify your training based on your needs and the goals that you set for yourself.

We understand that you may have more questions at the beginning or as we progress through the program, so Joby does his best to be available to you to answer your needs or questions. Open communication between you and Joby will help him get to know you and your needs better. The better he knows you, the easier it will be to help you reach your goals. That’s why we provide unlimited email support and phone conversations.

Custom Training Plan

As an athlete your training needs are unique so why would you settle for a generic training plan? That’s why we build and create a custom training program for you that is designed around your training background, your goals and your schedule. More than that, with each customized training program, you receive the benefit of a veteran coach who puts his years of experience to work for you. We’re here to help you succeed.  

The Calendar:

With our interactive calendar, you have the ability to log each workout as you complete it.  Each athlete receives his or her own account in our calendar system. The daily workouts appear on the calendar for the length of your training program. With this calendar, you log in basic details such as distance completed, time, and comments about your workouts. It is up to each athlete to complete his or her individual training. Once training is complete, we will do an evaluation of the program, look at what has been completed, and make suggestions for further growth.

At the end of your training cycle (which could run anywhere from 8-20 weeks) we will conference with you by phone and figure out how best to move ahead to achieve your next goals.
