Flexible eating is NOT A DIET – it is a nutritional concept. The concept of flexible eating (also known as counting macronutrients or counting marcos) means you can eat ANYTHING you want as long as it “fits” in your daily macro-nutrient split of protein, carbohydrates and fats.

In order to maximize benefits, I highly suggest following a workout routine 3-4 days a week. A program that combines resistance training and some cardio is the best well rounded approach.
If you are looking to transform your physique, then a strength program is essential.
I will not be reviewing your food log. I will set your macronutrient totals for you and it's your responsibility to track your daily nutrition.
Workouts will not be provided. For those new to working out, I highly recommend the group classes at your local gym.
Best results occur when my clients are working out and monitoring nutrition.
For the first couple of weeks as you are getting the hang of counting macros and figuring out portion sizes I would stay away from restaurants. After you have gotten the hang of it and are comfortable you can venture out. Most of the chain restaurants have their nutritional information on their websites (as well as in My Fitness Pal), so plan ahead on what will work for you.
My experience with Mia and the nutrition plan expertly designed was nothing less than perfection.
