Race Schedule for 2012 – Boston Marathon, Vineman, maybe Redman Triathlon (Halfmax Nationals)

What motivates you to train? Besides having that healthy feeling, I enjoy the challenges that training brings both mentally and physically.  It is such a high for me when I am always striving to take my body to the next limit.

What advice do you have for new triathletes?  Don’t take your body for granted. Take the time to enjoy your races! We are so focused on “racing” that we forget to breathe in the fresh air and take in the scenery.  And…always move forward
