Orange County Runners, Want to Take Your Running to the Next Level With Running Skills Sessions

Become a faster, stronger, and more efficient runner today!!!!!!
If you are serious about your running and are looking for the best way to enhance your current program, then these skills sessions are a must for you.
These sessions will include
  • drills to enhance leg turnover, improve form and increase running specific strength
  • running specific exercises you can implement on your next run
  • an overview of running form
  • a suggested plan to implement these into your current training

You must be an active runner to attend.  These sessions are not designed for individuals trying to get into shape.  Participants should expect to complete 2-3 mile of running  in the form of drills, warm up, and running specific strength exercises.

These Running Sessions are held in the Yorba Linda area.
