Orange County Triathlon Coach – Speaks at OC Tri Club Meeting

On Wednesday, February 22nd I will be speaking about how to optimize your training time as a triathlete.  Topics will include

  • setting up your triathlon training schedule
  • identifying race specific demands
  • targeting the various physiological systems needed for top performance
  • how to improve your running speed off of the bike
  • workouts that will help launch your performance
  • differences in training for a sprint, olympic, half ironman, and ironman
