Module 1; How to Improve Your Ability to Use Fat for Fuel

Top performing triathletes have high fat oxidation rates near their race pace. This means their body is able to use both fat and carbohydrates to fuel their effort.  Too much carbohydrate burn at race pace means you'll slow down because your fuel source is limited in supply. 

Module 2:  Making Your Speed Transferable

Speed work is foundational to your performance.  However, keep your speed transferable so that you benefit from it on race day.  Too often we see athletes running too fast to provide any real benefits on race day.  

Module 3:  Hills and Strength Development
